ER and ERF Electromagnetic Vibrators

ER Series: Vibrating Frequency 50 / 60 Hz
ERF Series: Vibrating Frequency 25 - 30 Hz

These vibrating drives, proven a thousand times over, are specially designed for small vibrating conveyors used to batch, fill, discharge, screen or sprinkle powdery or granular bulk materials.  The vibrators are available in five different sizes and rated for net weights from 3 to 100 kg. They provide the following key features:

  • Good controllability while operational
  • Compact design with a low headroom
  • Built-in elastic support
  • Stainless steel version conforming to a high hygienic standard

Our ER electromagnetic vibrator units are always connected to AC line voltage via separately installed thyristor control units. The setpoint for the vibration severity can be selected with a potentiometer or by means of external 0 to 10 V or (0)4 to 20 mA signals.
