MX Electromagnetic Vibrators

MX Electromagnetic Vibrators

Our electromagnetic vibrators stop immediately when switched off and can be adjusted by means of thyristor control units. They are the number one choice when it comes to driving vibrating conveyors for feeding weighing equipment or controlling mass flows.

Together with the heavy duty, hardened and tempered parts, the proven design ensures operational reliability and durability without wearing.

Benefits:

  • Drive base made from flexible ductile iron
  • Available as a “hygienic design” version

VST Electronic Control Units

All MX electromagnetic vibrators are connected to AC line voltage via separately installed electronic thyristor control units. A stroke potentiometer or an external signal allow the conveying capacity to be steplessly adjusted within wide limits.

The control curve is linearized to a large extent. The control unit has a circuit for compensating variations in the line voltage. For installation in control loops, the control unit can itself be controlled by means of a 4 to 20 mA or 0 to 10 V input signal.

The control units come in a rugged aluminum housing and are suitable for either wall or floor mounting. A panel mounting version with 1 or 2 potentiometers (for primary and precision current) is available for installation in switch cabinets.

Benefits:

  • Linearized control curve
  • Stabilized voltage
  • Suitable for installation in control loops
