Our HVL three-phase vibrating motors are used for
or whenever a continuous product stream or excitation of small masses is required.
The DV series of vibrating motors (see our P 150 brochure) is preferred for higher net loads (approx. 50 kg or more).
Our HVL series of three-phase vibrating motors has a housing made from high-quality gravity die cast aluminum. During rotation, the eccentric weights mounted on the two shaft ends produce a gyratory vibration, causing a vibrating motion to be impressed onto coupled parts, for example trough conveyors or screening machines.
The working moment can be varied within the specified ranges by adjusting the eccentric weights, in order to adapt the conveying capacity and vibration intensity to individual applications.
The generously dimensioned special bearings have lifelong lubrication (HVL 1/2, 3/2, 10/4, HVE 2/2-4, 9/2). The HVL 8/2 type features a regreasing mechanism.
All non-explosion-proof motors are painted blue (RAL 5012) as standard while explosion-proof motors are red (RAL 2002).

Our EV electromagnetic vibrators are used for
or whenever slight excitation is required at high frequencies or intermittent excitation with immediate stopping after switching off.
Maximum net weight: approx. 30 kg.
Our MX series of electromagnetic vibrators can be used for higher net weights (30 to 260 kg).
The vibrators have a vibrating system that is suitable for continuous duty and comprised of an encapsulated vibrating magnet, fiberglass leaf springs, and countervibrating arms with trim weights. This vibrating system produces a linear vibrating motion perpendicular to the base plate.
The trim weights enable the natural frequency, which varies according to the net load, to be adapted to the excitation frequency in order to achieve the optimum stroke.

Ball vibrators are used for
hoppers, containers, outlet tubes, filling equipment, transfer points, troughs, screens etc.
Our KV ball vibrators produce up to 20,000 vibrations per minute by means of rotating balls running on hardened, ground tracks.
All net weights up to 500 kg are covered with just six models.
The vibrators are completely closed and can therefore be used in explosion protected areas. No maintenance or lubrication is required.
The ball vibrators can be continuously adjusted by altering the air pressure.
