DV Vibrating Motors

  • During rotation, the eccentric weights mounted on the two shaft ends produce a gyratory vibration, causing a vibrating motion to be impressed onto the parts coupled to the motor base, for example trough conveyors or screening machines.
  • Two counter-rotating vibrating motors generate directed vibrations. The vibrating motors are selected according to the required speed and centrifugal force.
  • Our DV vibrating motors are robust, reliable and efficient vibration generators for almost every application in active vibration technology such as screening, conveying, vibrating, compacting and testing. Their design meets the requirements of practical operation down to the last detail and is based on many decades of experience in vibration technology. The motors are manufactured at production facilities equipped with advanced CNC controlled machine tools. High-precision manufacturing and accurate measuring and testing methods ensure operational reliability and durability. Countless successful applications all over the world are evidence of their supreme quality and dependability.
  • Our DV vibration motors can be manufactured with an explosion-proof design for use in areas subject to explosion hazards according to EU Directive 2014/34/EU.
